Not wanting you to take mentoring for granted we share our mentoring framework and how you can deliver safe, high impact and transformational relationships with young people. Working towards AQA Unit Award in the Key Principles of Mentoring and the Core Concepts and Techniques of Mentoring.
By exploring tried and tested tools and techniques used within solution-focused mentoring, trainees will reflect on their mentoring style and the needs of the young people they serve. During this focused training session, new and experienced mentors will reflect, explore and practice tried and tested mentoring tools and techniques.
