Young people will learn the foundations of tennis that include how to rally, serve, volley, and master eye coordination and footwork, all necessary in becoming a consistent tennis player.

Alongside this, participants will go through the mentoring tools to identify their strengths and areas for development to ensure they strengthen their tennis player mindset.
