Figuring out what to do when you’re older and knowing how to get on the career ladder can seem very confusing. But it’s not as difficult as it seems.
At The Mentoring Lab, we provide a reflective space where young people aged 13 and over can learn how to plan strategically and take lots of action now, even at this young age.
Our network of volunteer professionals gives young people a safe space to reflect on their current situation, their skills, explore opportunities available to them and areas for development. Young people do all of this in just 12 sessions whilst designing a career pathway that suits their values and ambitions.
At the end of the 12 sessions mentoring relationship, young people will be more confident, have a fantastic CV, cover letter, and job options to help them launch and accelerate their careers.*
Register today to be matched with a volunteer career mentor**.
Cost: Free or £5 suggested donation per session.
