Too Much Leverage Game Show

Too Much Leverage is an entertaining way for young people to come together to discuss their experiences of being from Global Majority backgrounds and young in Britain.
By inviting guests who have been successful in their careers, young people compete in games that challenge general knowledge and opinions, to unleash a winner's mindset.
The most important part of the Too Much Leverage game show will be the discussions about life, touching on matters such as;
- Relationships
- Family dynamics
- Money
- Health
- Being Black in Britain and the world
Too Much Leverage kicked off in December 2022, and continues once a month throughout 2023, on a Saturday.

Figuring out what to do when you're older and knowing how to get on the career ladder can seem very confusing. But it's not as difficult as it seems.

At The Mentoring Lab, we provide a reflective space where young people aged 13 and over can learn how to plan strategically and take lots of action now, even at this young age.

Our network of volunteer professionals gives young people a safe space to reflect on their current situation, their skills, explore opportunities available to them and areas for development. Young people do all of this in just 12 sessions whilst designing a career pathway that suits their values and ambitions.

At the end of the 12 sessions mentoring relationship, young people will be more confident, have a fantastic CV, cover letter, and job options to help them launch and accelerate their careers.*
