TRAINING OVERVIEW

In this one-day Intermediate CPD, workplace mentors will learn effective strategies for mentoring early-career staff, particularly those under 30 years old from disadvantaged or marginalised backgrounds; to support their professional growth and workplace inclusion.

Trainees will develop practical skills to build trust, navigate cultural differences, and create supportive mentoring relationships that help young professionals thrive in their careers.

Elaine Thomas is an exceptional trainer and CEO. She has provided insight into several aspects of mentoring and has developed a tool kit which works! I have taken part in mentoring training since 2019 and have gained invaluable skills. I feel confident in structuring session plans for both mentoring and have the support of an amazing team to help me grow.
