We provide a minimum of 12 weeks youth mentoring to schools, local authorities and community organisations. 

Delivered by Youth Mentors and Youth Practitioners, trained and equipped to deliver high standard youth mentoring that supports young people's academic and personal progression. 

They do this by using our Youth Mentoring Tool kit to remove barriers to participation and progression.

Youth Mentoring Framework

We provide safe mentoring spaces where mentees can reflect, explore, reframe and develop qualities and soft skills required to access and participate in learning and extra curricular activities in order to achieve.

Our 1:1 and group mentoring model follows a solution-focused, evidenced-based framework.

Youth Mentoring Outcomes

We are here to offer services additional support to achieve the following outcomes;

- Improve attendance
- Reduce exclusions
- Improve mental fitness and wellbeing
- Improve the attainment and aspirations
- Support EHC Plans
- Prevent risky behaviours, criminal or sexual exploitation
- Prevent NEET post 16

The Youth Mentoring Tool Kit

With over 20 mentoring, coaching, and leadership tools and techniques, the toolkit bridges the gap between traditional mentoring approaches and the complex needs of today's youth.

With highly engaging content, the tools frame conversations providing mentors with evidence-based strategies to advocate for agency, build resilience, navigate challenges and unlock potential in young people.
