Mentoring in Children's Residential Care

Training Overview

This one-day intermediate-level CPD training equips children's residential care staff with practical skills to integrate youth mentoring within their key working role, focusing on supporting young people's development and transition while meeting Ofsted standards and managing complex transitions.

On completion, trainees receive a CPD Certificate in Enhanced Youth Mentoring (12 CPD Credits).

Training Outcomes

By the end of this training, residential care workers will be equipped with the knowledge, skills and tools to deliver mentoring regularly to empower and enhance existing support structures.
