This Introduction to Youth Mentoring is perfect for those new to Youth Mentoring needing to develop their understanding and knowledge of 'how-to' mentor young people, core concepts, best practices and types of youth mentoring styles.

This training will;

• Correctly define Youth Mentoring
• Understand the importance of establishing boundaries
• Explore mentoring styles
• Explore your mentoring purpose and identity
• Explain how to set goals and targets
• Best Practices in Youth Mentoring
• Youth Mentoring ethics and principles

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
