Beginner Level: Focuses on fundamental barrier identification and basic intervention strategies, perfect for new Youth Mentors learning to support youth through common challenges. Prerequisites: None

Intermediate Level: Addresses more complex barriers and introduces systemic thinking, helping experienced Youth Mentors develop more sophisticated intervention strategies. Prerequisites: At Least 1 year experience working with young people

Advanced Level: Concentrates on transformational change and policy-level interventions, preparing senior Youth Mentors to drive systemic change. Prerequisites: At Least 3 years experience working with young people
