This specialised training is designed for: Residential care workers, children's home managers, support staff, key workers, and professionals working in children's residential settings who want to integrate Youth Mentoring approaches into their role and duties.

This training addresses the unique challenges and opportunities of providing Youth Mentoring within Children's residential care settings. It focuses on integrating mentoring approaches with therapeutic care, managing complex relationships, and supporting young people's development within the residential environment.

Assessment Method: Online Tutor Led Theoretical Learning, Practical Component, Self Study

I have just finished a great Mentoring session with The Mentoring Lab. It was incredibly informative. I've left with a wealth oof information that I feel I can apply to what about to do.
