We share over 20 years Youth Mentoring practice, demonstrating how to mentor young people across a range of settings. Overview

This training is perfect for: New and experienced Youth Mentors, social workers, teachers, learning support assistants, probation officers, youth workers, volunteers and professionals who want to enhance and master Youth Mentoring to improve how they support young people's personal development and progression.

This practitioner level training programme encourages youth mentors to think creatively about the tools they use to support a young person's progression.

Using these evidence-based tools will significantly improve the quality and value that young people and their families hold towards the mentoring and guidance you provide.

This training provides a clear understanding of;

- How to use a range of youth mentoring resources
- Exploring a range of youth mentoring models and approaches
- How to mentor young people with complex barriers andor needs
- Action planning and goal setting in mentoring
- Monitoring and evaluating progression and impact

I have just finished a great Mentoring session with The Mentoring Lab. It was incredibly informative. I've left with a wealth oof information that I feel I can apply to what about to do.
