This training is perfect for: Experienced Youth Mentors, social workers, teachers, learning support assistants, probation officers, youth workers, volunteers and professionals who want to enhance and master Youth Mentoring to improve how they support young people's personal development and progression.

This comprehensive toolkit encourages youth mentors to think creatively about the tools they use to support a young person's progression.

Using these evidence-based tools will significantly improve the quality and value that young people and their families hold towards the mentoring and guidance you provide.

Duration: Once a week for 6 weeks
Prerequisites: At least 2 years of experience supporting young people using mentoring
Minimum Age: 18
Assessment Method: Assessment, participation in training and practical application

I have just finished a great Mentoring session with The Mentoring Lab. It was incredibly informative. I've left with a wealth oof information that I feel I can apply to what about to do.
