This training is designed for: Youth practitioners, youth leaders, teachers, project coordinators, support staff, and professionals working in schools, voluntary, community and grassroots organisations.

Peer mentoring harnesses the unique power of young people supporting each other. This training equips professionals and youth leaders with the knowledge and skills to design, implement, and facilitate effective peer mentoring programs that create positive outcomes for both mentors and mentees.

Duration: Once a week for 2 weeks
Prerequisites: None required
Minimum Age: 14
Assessment Method: Case study review, project design, assessment, self study modules.

I have just finished a great Mentoring session with The Mentoring Lab. It was incredibly informative. I've left with a wealth oof information that I feel I can apply to what about to do. I feel confident that I understand the role of a mentor and that I can help that I will mentor work towards achieving their goals.
