Overview

This training is designed for: Community workers, Volunteers, Probation Officers, Social workers, mental health professionals, support workers and youth workers who need to develop their mentoring skills.

This training equips practitioners with mentoring knowledge and skills for adults over 18 who face multiple challenges, barriers or are in vulnerable circumstances.

Duration: Once a week for 6 weeks
Prerequisites: None required
Minimum Age: 18
Assessment Method: Participation in theoretical learning, practical observation, self study

I have just finished a great Mentoring session with The Mentoring Lab. It was incredibly informative. I've left with a wealth oof information that I feel I can apply to what about to do. I feel confident that I understand the role of a mentor and that I can help that I will mentor work towards achieving their goals.
