This specialised training is perfect for: Youth practitioners, program coordinators and managers, team leaders and experienced professionals responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating youth mentoring programmes within organisations.

Trainees will develop the skills to deliver high quality Youth Mentoring Practice to achieve tangible outcomes for young people, focusing on multidisciplinary practices, youth mentoring theory, evidenced based approaches and best practices.

Prerequisites: 1 years experience supporting young people in an informal, volunteer or paid role.
Minimum Age: 18
Assessment Method: Pre-training reflection, participation in theoretical learning, post training questionnaire.

I have just finished a great Mentoring session with The Mentoring Lab. It was incredibly informative. I've left with a wealth oof information that I feel I can apply to what about to do.
