This training is perfect for: This course is designed for Sports coaches working with young people, youth workers in sports settings, PE teachers and school sports coordinators, community sports leaders, sports development officers, anyone supporting young athletes' holistic development.

Moving beyond traditional sports coaching, you'll learn how to support young people both inside and outside sports sessions, addressing performance, personal development, and life transitions through evidence-based mentoring practices.
